A joint venture with Security Capital Australia, Woodvale Boulevard is a high performing neighbourhood shopping centre. The centre includes total lettable floor space of 6,368sqm, with the full-line Woolworths of 3,540sqm, accounting for 65% of leased retail floorspace. The

centre also comprises 23 leased retail specialty shops. All tenants are in the convenience categories of food & liquor, food catering, general retail, and retail services. A pharmacy, bakery, butcher, tobacconist, florist, and a range of food catering options are provided. The centre also has numerous expansion opportunities which are being investigated.

The centre was purchased in September 2023.
