Cameron Alder
DIRECTORCameron has been in the property industry for over 20 years, after leaving the aviation industry as a Commercial Pilot. Prior to founding Locus Property he spent most of his time working for some of Australia’s largest property companies he has also worked in Africa & the UAE in Development and Construction including running his own business. He has also managed and developed private investor property portfolios in Australia.
Cameron has become a specialist in medium density developments in Western Australia having completed a number of large townhouse and apartments projects in recent years. He has also had extensive experience in retirement, retail and aged care developments in Western Australia.

Damian Long
DIRECTORDamian has over 20 years’ experience in the property industry across Australia. Prior to founding Locus Property he held senior positions at numerous large national private and publicly listed companies responsible for projects and teams with turnover up to $300m per year. He has been involved in many of the iconic residential developments in Australia.
He has worked across many property sectors including Industrial, retail and mixed use. His roles have seen him work with listed and unlisted property funds on residential and industrial projects, manage complex finance structures on projects and sit on numerous project Joint Venture Boards.

Janni Lucia
Business Support AdministratorJanni is a highly skilled Business Support Administrator with extensive experience in accounts management and project administration within the building and construction industry. With a proven track record as a Corporate Coordinator, she brings expertise as both a Personal Assistant and HR Officer in fast-paced corporate environments.
Janni excels at streamlining business operations, supporting senior leadership, and coordinating administrative and investment functions, including managing investor data, maintaining fund records, preparing investment reports, and assisting with compliance documentation to ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all investment processes.

Kyle McNess
DIRECTOR - DEVELOPMENTKyle brings more than 10 years of property development experience to Locus Property, having successfully delivered high-quality projects across the residential, commercial, industrial, retail and hospitality sectors. His broad industry background provides a strong understanding of the complexities involved in managing diverse developments, from early planning and design through to construction and project completion.
His collaborative approach, attention to detail and commitment to quality ensure every project is delivered efficiently, sustainably and to the highest standard, while creating long-term value for both clients and end users.

Karlie Wolfe
Development ManagerKarlie has approximately 20 years of experience in the property industry, including senior management roles as a specialist residential development valuer. She has provided strategic advice on a diverse range of residential and mixed-use projects, including land subdivisions, medium-density developments, apartment projects and master-planned communities.
Her extensive valuation background has given her a strong understanding of property markets, project feasibility, market positioning and investment decision-making. Specialising in residential development, Karlie combines analytical expertise with practical development knowledge to assess market demand, optimise product mix, evaluate built form outcomes and maximise project performance and commercial success.

Loren Pokler
Assistant Development ManagerLoren Pokler has over five years of experience in the Perth property market, specialising in the management and operation of large-scale, master-planned residential communities. She has supported the planning, design, and delivery of complex construction projects, contributing from concept design and stakeholder coordination through to construction delivery and project handover.
Loren is committed to delivering high-quality developments, working collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders to create well-planned communities that provide lasting value.

Chris Watt
Assistant Development ManagerChris brings over seven years’ experience in project management across the commercial, healthcare and fit-out sectors, having worked with leading firms including Laing O’Rourke, Aurora and Savills. He has delivered healthcare infrastructure projects for the New South Wales and Western Australian Governments, with expertise in construction delivery, contract management and stakeholder coordination.
Before joining Locus, Chris successfully owned and operated a specialty coffee business for nine years, strengthening his commercial acumen and practical, collaborative approach to delivering high-quality project outcomes.
