Locus Property and Security Capital Australia have jointly acquired the Alkimos Gateway Shopping Centre for $30.1 million, with plans to activate the surrounding land through future development.
Originally developed in 2017, Alkimos Gateway is a modern, open-air neighbourhood shopping centre situated in one of Western Australia’s fastest-growing suburbs. The area has seen a surge in connectivity and demand following the recent completion of a new Metronet station.
The centre offers a range of retail, dining, and essential services including a Medical Centre, creating a vibrant precinct for local families.
