Damian Long
DIRECTORDamian has over 20 years’ experience in the property industry across Australia. Prior to founding LOCUS he held senior positions at numerous large national private and publicly listed companies responsible for projects and teams with turnover up to $300m per year. He has been involved in many of the iconic residential developments in Australia.
He has worked across many property sectors including Industrial, retail and mixed use. His roles have seen him work with listed and unlisted property funds on residential and industrial projects, manage complex finance structures on projects and sit on numerous project Joint Venture Boards.
Cameron Alder
DIRECTORCameron has been in the property industry for over 20 years, after leaving the aviation industry as a Commercial Pilot. Prior to founding LOCUS he spent most of his time working for some of Australia’s largest property companies he has also worked in Africa & the UAE in Development and Construction including running his own business. He has also managed and developed private investor property portfolios in Australia.
Cameron has become a specialist in medium density developments in Western Australia having completed a number of large townhouse and apartments projects in recent years. He has also had extensive experience in retirement, retail and aged care developments in Western Australia.
Stuart Sinclair
DIRECTOR - DEVELOPMENTStuart has worked in Perth’s property industry for over 15 years. For much of this time he has managed some of Perth’s largest residential projects with annual sales of $100m and worked for Australia’s largest residential developers. Stuart has considerable experience across the full development cycle, from due diligence and acquisitions, management of development approvals and delivery and sales.
Simon Linklater
DIRECTOR - CONSTRUCTIONSimon is an experienced and accomplished Project Developer with a strong technical knowledge of the construction industry and costing of building projects. Company Director of a Tier 2 construction company from 2003 to 2022, Simon provides governance to the project teams from a contract management and budgeting perspective with short and flexible decision processes for effective project delivery. Decisions are based on extensive, local expertise and capabilities in the industrial, rail infrastructure, commercial, mining, age and health care, education, and residential building sectors.
